For a new project development, the quality control should start from the initial stage, pre-DFM, mold design, fabrication, mold tests, final inspection before mold delivery. All of these steps have to be checked and controlled. 

• Customers mould specification and requirement review and discussion during kick-off meeting.
• 3D&2D mold design review meeting before sent to customers and final inspection before fabrication
• Incoming material inspection
• Steel hardness inspection and steel certification
• Electrodes dimension and surface finish inspection
• Steel dimension inspection after machined
• Mold trial reports with sample dimension report(FAI)
• Final mold inspection and packing inspection.
